Your headline is incorrect. Today's 7th place finish equals those of 1956, 2001, and 2002. The Tigers finished higher on four occasions:

1958 5th
1961 4th
1959 4th
1957 2nd

Thanks Keith. I corrected the headline. I guess this is the best finish at state for EHS in the "modern era" (or at least in the "Patrylak Era"!)
